A Little Bit About Dr. Fall


Dr. Mawdo Fall is an author, educator, and speaker who believes in the transformative power of stories—both in the classroom and beyond.
With over two decades of experience in education, Dr. Fall has built his career on helping others break barriers and discover their fullest potential. He holds an MA in English Literature with a focus on American Civilization and Literature, an MA in TESOL, and a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction. In 2022, he was honored with the Martha Holden Jennings Foundation Ohio Master Teaching Award of Excellence for his outstanding contributions to teaching and learning.
As a writer, Dr. Fall brings that same passion for growth and resilience to his fiction. His debut novel, Unshattered, explores the strength it takes to rise above adversity and embrace the complexity of our own narratives. With more books underway, he continues to create stories that invite readers to reflect, reimagine, and ultimately, to believe in their own power to transform.
On stage, Dr. Fall is a dynamic and engaging speaker who weaves together his experiences as a teacher, author, and thought leader. Whether addressing educators, community groups, or literary audiences, he inspires connection, courage, and a deeper understanding of how our personal stories shape who we become.
